MeltFlow-VAR is very useful for the first time manufacturing of ingots of new alloy compositions. Its use enables us to develop credibility with the customer, and facilitates customer approvals of modified and new processes for producing Titanium alloy ingots.

We use MeltFlow-ESR to evaluate the effects of various processing conditions on ingot behavior in a cost-effective manner. This enables us to improve ingot quality and results in increased productivity.
