The purpose of the Advanced Thermal Workshop organized each year by IMAPS is to promote presentation and discussion of leading-edge developments in thermal management components, materials, and systems solutions. The Workshop emphasis is for practical, high-performance solutions intended to meet current and evolving requirements in power electronics, military/aerospace, computing, and telecom systems.

We will be participating actively in the Thermal 2016 Workshop by presenting a paper and demonstrating MacroFlowTM, the software product that we offer for rapid analysis and design of Air- and Liquid-Cooled Electronics Systems.

Attend our presentation on the “Use of Flow Network Modeling (FNM) for System-Level Design of Air- and Liquid-Cooled Electronics” in Session 4 - Thermal Modeling II on Tuesday between 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Visit us at our exhibit in the foyer of the conference area for an in-depth discussion about MacroFlow. We will provide an overview of the capabilities of MacroFlow and demonstrate a variety of case studies involving its use for the design of practical cooling systems. We will also be happy to discuss in detail the cooling systems of interest to you and illustrate the use of MacroFlow for their design and optimization.
