ITherm 2016 is an international conference for scientific and engineering exploration of thermal, thermomechanical and emerging technology issues associated with electronic devices, packages and systems. At the conference, we will demonstrate MacroFlowTM, the software product that we offer for the rapid analysis and design of Air- and Liquid-Cooled Electronics Systems.
